TO USE

There are a few methods for brewing a herbal tea bath. The most important part in brewing is to use HOT water. To get the full benefits of the herbals and aromatherapy relax in your tea bath for 20 minutes.  You may continue to add water to keep the tub warm

Method #1:Boil 10 quarts of water.  I n a large bowl or small (clean) bucket, place your tea bag in the bottom and carefully pour water over your tea bag.  Let steep.  After it’s steeped for 30 minutes, draw a bath using water to your comfort level. Add your steeped tea.  Slip into the tub and relax.
Method #2: Untie the bow of the tea bag and tie around your tub’s spout so the bag hangs directly under the  water.  Run the HOTTEST water from your tub so it continually flows through the tea bag.  Let steep for 30 minutes. Add water to the tub to bring to your comfort level. Slip in and relax.

DISCLAIMER – Our herbal concoctions should not be considered a substitution for medial treatment and advice.  If you suspect that something is “not right” please seek a medical professional immediately.  DO NOT USE IF TAKING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS!!!!!
